Mr. Anil Jain

CEO

After finishing his B.Tech. and M.Tech. from IIT, Kanpur, Mr. Anil had a carrier with TCS for 10 years in software design, development and consulting.  As a key founding member of the company, he was the main architect of LIBSYS products and has been instrumental in its growth since its inception in 1984.  He has been a motivating force in creating more software products for different domains such as General Insurance, ERP for Academic institutes, Learning system for enterprises and many RFID applications.  His total industry experience spans over 35 years.

Mr. Rakesh Jain

Technical Director

As a co-founder member of the company, after his research at Delhi University leading to PhD, Mr. Rakesh has been deeply involved in development and operations of various software products dealt in by the company. These 25 years long association with the company has made him the most committed person in LIBSYS resulting in an impeccable image with customers.  He has been influential in maintaining very high standards of quality in solutions given to customers from time to time.

Mr. S S Sibia

Technical Director

Mr. Sibia has been the main architect of LSAcademia – an ERP for Academic institutes, since he joined the company in the year 2005.  Prior to that, he worked with TCS and Xansa (UK base) for more than three decades.  Mr. Sibia has done his graduation and post graduation in technology from IIT, Kanpur and has mastered in all the areas of software development and related processes over his carrier span of more than 35 years.

Mrs. Rama Jain

Director-HR

Mrs. Rama is responsible for managing the Finance of the company since 1992.  Prior to this, she has worked with Punjab National Bank on various managerial positions for more than 10 years.  Having professional background in HR, she is also overseeing the functioning of  HRD group in the company.  She has graduated from Delhi University with Professional specialization in Law and HR.
