Staff can use the Portal and Mobile App to get office circular and notices. They can get alerts about activities and events in the campus. Their dashboard provides shortcuts to the often used functions based on their role in the organisation. For example a staff of finance department may have shortcut for voucher entry on the dashboard whereas that of transport department will get shortcut for marking attendance for vehicle drivers.

They can also update their timesheet from the portal/app. They can also maintain a ‘To-Do’ list of tasks. Staff can also apply for leave and also view the history of leaves taken. They can also submit reimbursement claims for travel and other official expenses. Other than this, they can view or update their profile and also download the monthly salary slip.
